Why would it be a problem to act on your impulses where you end up falling in love? After all, isn't finding love what we all hope to find someday? Unless, of course, at the time you "acted on your first impulses" you were already "in love" with someone else, in that case it's not so much that you fell in love but more so that you cheated and didn't want to get caught, which is why I imagine you want to be sure to "delete everything and anything incriminating."
